The bachelor work addresses the construction of Hotel Yazz. This is a new building with 9 floors above ground and one underground floor. Bachelor thesis contains - sheeting, jet grouting, excavation work, based on deep piles, reinforced concrete foundation slab. There are technological prescription - in particular deep piles and jet grouting. It also contains solutions building site,time schedule, situation with the solution of transport routes, itemized budget, machinery for construction, control work preparation and test plan- deep piles, safety and health protection at work.

The bachelor thesis solves construction technology implementation of stage floor in the production hall. The building is single-staged production hall in one part connected to current object. Technological regulation solves the implementation of waterproof isolation, concrete bearing place and wire reinforced concrete. The bachelor thesis includes technical report, situation of construction in wide relations with road infrastructure, technological regulation, technical report for constructional equipment, time schedule, control and test plan, protection of health and safety, comparison variants of industrial floors, itemized budget and constructional equipment for technological implementation of stage industrial floor.

This master´s thesis solves the constructive - technological project of pavilion of mountain hotel. It is an extension of pool hall. The master´s thesis includes: nail shoring walls, jet grouting, excavation, reinforced concrete base pan. There are technological solutions, especially prescription nail walls and jet grouting. Solution also contains the site facilities, the schedule, the situation with the solution structure of transport routes, itemized budget, proposed mechanical assembly, safety and health at work.
